1. Music lessons are given on a weekly basis in your home. I will always make myself available to any student who has to reschedule their lesson. It is essential for students to keep their weekly commitment as this will reflect their progress.

2. **Except for a sudden illness, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the lesson (either by e-mail, text or voice message). If you do not cancel your lesson within 24 hours, you will responsible for paying the weekly lesson fee.

3. **When I arrive at your house for a scheduled lesson and your child is not present to take the lesson, you are responsible for paying the weekly fee.

4. **During the school year, if you wish to terminate lessons you must notify me two weeks before the final lesson or you will be charged for two weeks of lessons.

5. Lessons paid on a monthly basis must be submitted on the first lesson of each month.

6. Any seasonal changes in the lesson schedule due to sports or other outside activities must be addressed two weeks prior to the first date of the conflict.
